Founder and President of KBA (formerly Kislak Lease Services) since its inception in 1985.  Mr. Betesh is one of the country’s leading experts on lease construction, lease expenses and effective lease negotiation strategies.  Mr. Betesh oversees the development and implementation of services for KBA clients.

Prior to establishing KBA, Mr. Betesh practiced law in New York City where he negotiated commercial leases.  He received his BA from Temple University and his JD from Georgetown University. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars. He is consistently ranked among the "top-rated faculty" at CoreNet Global Learning and is a frequent lecturer on lease topics at New York University’s Real Estate Institute, AECRE (Attorneys and Executives in Corporate Real Estate),  American Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
