LEASE FILE ORGANIZATION	We compile all leases, rent bills and correspondence into a consistent format to ensure completeness.  Scanned images of any lease file document can be stored in Visual Lease.
ON-GOING BILL MONITORING AND PAYMENT	We review all rent billings for accuracy, and track all payments through your lease management software or through Visual Lease.  A full analysis of each rent history can be tracked manually, through your lease management software, or through Visual Lease.  In addition, we can provide direct rent payment authorizations to accounts payable.
